Radix — Bauhaus Poise, Inktrap Bite
A geometric typeface shaped by mid-century modernism, Radix pairs Bauhaus clarity with pronounced inktraps. Clean lines and disciplined forms guide the design, while the distinctive lowercase cues from Futura add a familiar modernist rhythm. The balance feels classic, but the details read with contemporary precision in both display and text-led settings.
Across seven (7) weights, the family includes an extensive collection of spurless characters that delicately embrace and support the inktraps. This approach keeps letterforms visually engaging and well balanced, while staying clear across a wide range of typographic uses. Alternate glyphs are available through OpenType stylistic sets, extending Radix’s range for design systems, editorial layouts, and identity work. Designed by Tomo.
